We recommend using a string to measure the circumference around your palm where your knuckles are located. Measure the length of the string to help with our sizing recommendation.
 
Sizes are our best suggestions. We do not accept returns on customized products so be sure of size before ordering. If you are in between sizes we recommend sizing up. 
 
- XSmall: 6″ or less Measurement around knuckles (Young Child Approximately ages 3-6)
- Small: Between 6″-7″ Measurement around knuckles (Older Child Approximately ages 6-12)
- Medium: 7″-8″ Measurement around knuckles (Young Adult Size Approximately ages 12-16)
- Large: 8″-9″ Measurement around knuckles (Average Adult Women’s Size & Young Adult 16+)
- XL: 9″-10″ Measurement around knuckles (Average Adult Male Size)
- XXL: 10″-11″ Measurement around knuckles Above Average Adult Male Size
